Most of our properties are Urban Infill meaning we fill an otherwise empty, unused space with a new building that looks like it was always meant to be there. Our buildings will offer living spaces as well as space for food and shopping. Our goal is to add value to each community we grow into.

These types of projects bring us the most joy as they bring an old empty building that has been apart of the community for years and we convert the interior into unique living spaces unlike anything currently offered in your neighborhood.
